Industrial security applications fall under a huge umbrella ranging from manufacturing facilities, warehouses, mining operations, distilleries, chemical plants, buildings, and many other groups that require customized solutions to allow ease of maintenance to an array of mounted equipment. Starting with the most fundamental application of lighting and progressing to more technical applications involving surveillance, communication, monitoring, the mounted equipment in these applications all require maintenance at some point. Some equipment demands more rigorous maintenance schedules that require a need for a cost effective solution that limits downtime. Other equipment may need to be located in locations inaccessible for conventional maintenance solutions.
